Based in Melbourne, we have been working with young people all over Australia since 2016. In the last few years we have worked with thousands on young people, many businesses and youth organisations. Our work has been driven by the increasing number of unemployed youth in Australia. We saw a need to equip young people in high schools, as many of them were finishing University and finding that they didn’t have the skills needed for the world of work. These young people find themselves battling loss of confidence, mental health issues and in some cases, homelessness. Our goal is to equip students in high schools all over Australia with the tools they need to navigate the changing climate of work; ensuring that no young person is left behind.
